Shipping Information
PRODUCT FRESHNESS
We hold the highest quality standards of freshness and quality. To ensure that you receive all your products in optimal condition we carefully pack them in an insulated Styrofoam box with dry ice and/or reusable ice gel packs. This packaging is designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit. Our stringent packing methods and temperature control packaging allows us to guarantee that our products will remain fresh and in their original condition when they are delivered to your door. Please be available to receive your shipment so that you can inspect it and refrigerate or freeze perishable items as soon as possible.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders will ship the same day when placed before 2:00 pm ET. Any order including a "cut to order" product will have a 1-3 day processing time. Orders containing perishable food items only ship Monday through Thursday, unless you select the Saturday Shipping option during checkout and the order will then ship on Friday. The 2:00 pm same day shipping cut-off time may change during the November and December holidays. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays, and other factors. No orders ship on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays. At this time we are unable to offer delivery to P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING METHODS
Perishable items: Overnight shipping is required. Any order that contains a perishable item will be shipped using Overnight service. Non perishable items: Ground, 2nd Day, and Overnight shipping is available.
Combined orders: If your order combines perishable and non-perishable items the entire order will be automatically classified as a perishable shipment and will ship Overnight.

Orders may ship out with FedEx, UPS or the USPS.

Multi-Shipment Order Shipping Rates
Depending on the items in your order, some orders may require that specific items ship separately, due to the packaging requirements of that item. In the event that your order contains multiple shipments, you will be shown the different shipments on the basket page and during checkout. Shipping costs for multi-shipment orders are charged per the shipping tables above and then multiplied by the number of shipments.

Other Fees
Signature for delivery: a $3.00 fee if you require a signature, signature release is free.
Alaska and Hawaii: a $5 fee will be applied over our regular shipping prices (no ground delivery available).
Saturday delivery: $45 per order for orders $50 and over, and $55 per order for orders under $50.
Heavy Item Weight Fee: certain heavy products that can ship via Ground service will be assessed a heavy item weight fee when shipped with Overnight or 2nd Day service. Details will be shown on the shipping information page during checkout. Handling Fee: a handling fees is added to the total shipping and handling charge for orders as follows:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We're not able to ship perishable items (those which require refrigeration) internationally at this time. However, our non-perishable, non-refrigerated products can be delivered to many international locations. If you\’d like to place an order for delivery outside of the United States, and your order contains ONLY non-perishables, please call ----------- or email us with your inquiry.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We can not accept returns of perishable items. We just don't feel comfortable reselling a perishable food item that has not always been in our control. We can accept returns of non-perishable items as long as you call us within 24 hours of having received your order. We will be happy to arrange for a return of the product, if that product is still in its original packaging - we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, inspect the contents as soon as they arrive. Please store the items appropriately and call us at phone within 24 hours of receipt. We can arrange a return or exchange for you or you can reship the order back to us only with FedEx or UPS once you have spoken with one of our customer service representatives. We can not accept returns that have not been authorized, so we urge you not to refuse delivery or send back items without calling us first.

Once the items have been received back at our store, the items will be inspected. Items need to be in perfect resellable condition in order for us to issue credit on the return. A credit for the cost of the item will then be issued to your account, unless you have selected an exchange. Shipping charges are non refundable. All returned items are subject to a $5 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We also can not be responsible for an item you return that never arrives to us or arrives damaged, so please make sure you insure any returned packages.
